Note: There were a few units that we are reducing due to the some of the square lines around the number 7. The numbers are still perfect it is only a cosmetic issue where the border on the laser engraving did not complete the full outline. One set the outline open space is tot he left of the top number 7. On the other the missing space is on the top line of a different stick. These are minor imperfections but none-the-less at Stevens Magic we try to get ahead of these issues. We have applied what we were told is a generous reduction based on the minimal minor cosmetic imperfection. Remember there are 64 different numbers listed in total. Crafted by Richard Spencer, these are some of the most beautiful pieces of wood magic I have ever seen. The writing and borders are all engraved into the wood meaning you will never have to worry about your numbers wearing off a sticker like in previous models. These are also made with a slight change in the model to allow for spinning of the sticks compliments of Bartholomew Spankenheimer.
Effect. The audience is shown 4 columns with different 4 digit numbers on each side. The sticks can be arranged to add up to thousands of number combinations. A volunteer mixes the sticks in any order and places them on the stand. Immediately the performer knows what the total is. The volunteer adds the numbers and confirms the total is correct.
The answer / prediction can be written on a card or blackboard or announced prior to the calculation.
Use with 2,3 or 4 sticks. No hard math to remember, if you can subtract 2, you can do it. Endless types of routines can be done with this versatile prop. The sticks are 2.25 inches x 12 inches and setting on a hardwood stand. Lightweight but very durable and built to last. Easily visible from 50 plus feet.
