User Error - Chris Hanowell - Nassif Estate
From the Estate of Nathan Nassif... This is a great story showing how a lover of the art of magic stayed with it all the way. Nate starting out as a master close-up performer (with a signature coin matrix effect). He then traversed into parlor and stage venues including a wonderfully remembered Chinese Linking Ring routine by his family & friends. As Nate aged he accepted something difficult - loosing his dexterity due to arthritis and neuropathy. Give up his love for magic - FORGETABOUT! Nate zig-zaged into collecting. Nate was the epitome of class and someone we at Stevens Magic along with his friends like Jon Wilson and family won't forget. In fact our relationship with Nathan transcended the art of magic... Playing cards glitch and throw errors just like an old buggy computer before crashing out in your spectator's hand! Chris Hanowell has a crazy trick with a handful of cards that gives your card magic a digital flair with this awesome new effect: User Error.
Here's what happens:
1. You show your audience a handful of jokers and tell them they are connected to a cutting-edge application on your phone.
2. The jokers appear totally normal on the front and the back. When you start doing the trick error codes, just like an old buggy computer, they start to appear on the cards!
3. The error codes multiply, growing out of control until finally the blue screen of death appears on the cards your spectator is holding!
User Error is super easy to do; there's only one sleight you have to learn, and you probably already know it. Plus, the cards are packed with Easter eggs for additional reveals and pranks for the mischievous performer. You receive specially printed cards that are ready to go right out of the box, and Erik Tait teaches you an in-depth tutorial so you are ready to get big reactions and big laughs! You are going to love performing User Error.
