Coin Copier - Meir Yedid - Nassif Estate
From the Estate of Nathan Nassif... This is a great story showing how a lover of the art of magic stayed with it all the way. Nate starting out as a master close-up performer (with a signature coin matrix effect). He then traversed into parlor and stage venues including a wonderfully remembered Chinese Linking Ring routine by his family & friends. As Nate aged he accepted something difficult - loosing his dexterity due to arthritis and neuropathy. Give up his love for magic - FORGETABOUT! Nate zig-zaged into collecting. Nate was the epitome of class and someone we at Stevens Magic along with his friends like Jon Wilson and family won't forget. In fact our relationship with Nathan transcended the art of magic... This is an ingenious self-working coin box routine that Christian Scherer created in the 1980s. Since that time the manufacturing technology and the availability of the gimmicks used has advanced and the current version works perfectly.
It is basically a coin box routine like no other. Even though it uses heavily gaffed coins everything is examinable at the end.
The basic routine involves a metal box which is referred to as a tiny counterfeiting machine. You dump the four coins out of the box; a Japanese coin, a Peruvian coin, a British coin and a US coin. Using the Japanese coin as a sample each coin is placed in the box and one at a time, as the box is waved over the Japanese coin, the coin inside instantly turns into a duplicate of the Japanese coin. This is repeated until all four coins have turned into Japanese coins and everything is examinable.
Comes complete with four Japanese coins, a gaffed Swiss coin, a gaffed English Penny, a gaffed Kennedy Half dollar, a gaffed custom-made Aluminum Coin Box, and access to an online video tutorial.
