An elegant cabinet along with a mummy are displayed. The cabinet consists of a removable top with 14 rustic brass spikes and a small chamber. The audience can clearly see the spikes penetrate the chamber when the points of all spikes are visible at the bottom of the cabinet. The mummy is then shown to be perfectly solid and is openly placed inside the cabinet which is then closed. Next, the top with the 14 rustic brass spikes is shown all around and pushed right through the cabinet from top to bottom while the head and feet of the mummy remain in full view, apparently penetrating through the mummy! All is then reversed and surprisingly, the mummy is shown to be completely unharmed and still perfectly solid! There is no explanation for how the 14 brass spikes could possibly pass through the cabinet while the mummy is inside! It’s a great mini-illusion.

The mechanism has been cleverly designed and there is just no way that the conventional method could possibly work the same way that this effect is achieved.
The entire outfit is extremely detailed and because of the method involved and long artistic manufacturing process, it has taken over 9 months to complete this release. It is, without question, one of the finest and most exquisitely detailed effects we have ever produced. The photos really do not do justice to this very elaborate piece of magic apparatus!
The cabinet measures approximately 17.5cms wide by 12.5cms tall and 6.5cms deep.
Please note that due to the way the effect was built and the hand patina finish of this effect, certain imperfections can exist, but this does not affect the functionality of Mummified Penetration in anyway.
