Magiro’s Perfect Switch Case - Limited Edition Magic - Nassif Estate
From the Estate of Nathan Nassif... This is a great story showing how a lover of the art of magic stayed with it all the way. Nate starting out as a master close-up performer (with a signature coin matrix effect). He then traversed into parlor and stage venues including a wonderfully remembered Chinese Linking Ring routine by his family & friends. As Nate aged he accepted something difficult - loosing his dexterity due to arthritis and neuropathy. Give up his love for magic - FORGETABOUT! Nate zig-zaged into collecting. Nate was the epitome of class and someone we at Stevens Magic along with his friends like Jon Wilson and family won't forget. In fact our relationship with Nathan transcended the art of magic... This revolutionary deck switch case was originally invented by Magiro and released by Eckhard Boettcher c. 1993 as “Kartenspiel Austauschkassette.” This updated and improved version came from Joe Long and Paul Lembo for their Limited Edition Magic line and it is probably the most exquisite and gorgeous version of a deck switch that will ever be made in magic. is a truly beautiful version and is my new favorite deck switch.
Specifics:
- Works differently from any other deck switch device, thanks to the brilliant mind of Magiro and impressive construction of Paul Lembo. You no longer have to turn the whole box over.
- You can place the case in front of the spectator at the beginning of the effect and perform the switch and at no time do you need to actually touch the cards, the spectator is free to remove them from the box themselves (as you hold the case in your hand and ask them to pull the tab and remove the deck).
- It can be performed almost silently right in front of them (Andy Martin added a thin extra strip of felt to help here, but it can be achieved with the right touch without it).
