Effect: Show a silk and a small Cordial glass fitted with water. Pour the water from the glass into your closed left fist. Pull the silk through your left fist. It comes out dry. Slowly open your left fingers, palm toward the audience. The liquid has vanished. Extend both arms showing the palms of both hands to be devoid of any water. Now, hold the glass by its rim between your left thumb and forefinger. The glass fills up with the missing liquid. However, the liquid is now the same color as the silk.
Effect: A silk and a small cordial glass of water are shown. The water is poured from the glass into the closed left hand. The silk is then pulled through the left fist as the left fingers are slowly opened palm towards the audience. The liquid has vanished! Both arms are extended showing the palms of both hands to be devoid of any water.
Note: The gimmick is very specialized and heartedly solid and engineered perfectly and exactly for its intended purpose. For a worker this is a real find and you have to ask yourself - where are you going to find another one that's brand new.
The glass is then held by its rim between the left thumb and forefinger. The glass fills back up with the water, however, the water is dyed the same color as the silk.
