Condition: FINE - VERY FINE. There is some mild discoloration on the front cover - which because of the black color is more noticeable. But the rest of the book is Very Fine. Number #24 of limited edition printing of 100.
While this is not stamped "Ex Libris" the fact that the book is dedicated to Carl is better than anything for proof of provenance. It is certified with a card to confirm it was in Carl's library.
These books are great for mediums interested in creating ambience by having a shelf full of similar like books as well as used for learning the vocabulary of words that could be interwoven into a dark seance.
