Condition: Book is in good-fair condition. There is significant Foxing on the top of book The slip cover has some small tears at the top but remains doing a good job at what it is designed to do, protect the covers of the book. The book remains sturdy and solid.
While this is not stamped "Ex Libris" it is certified with a card to confirm it was in Carl's library. It does feature an interesting embossed seal the likes we have never seen stating Brother Shadow.
These books are great for mediums interested in creating ambience by having a shelf full of similar like books as well as used for learning the vocabulary of words that could be interwoven into a dark seance.
