A brilliant concept credited to U.F. Grant that is just as effective today as it was in the past. U.F. Grant is arguably one on of the most underrated visionaries with respect to apparatus it the art of magic.

A wooden box used by magicians to perform illusions involving silks, such as making them appear, disappear, or change color. It features a hand-painted dragon design, a common motif for this type of item.

Mr. Bill Trotter has suggested that we inform our clients that while this is similar to a Silk Cabby, the actual location of the gimmick is attached in a different location. The Gizmo box compared to the Silk Cabby is the fact it uses a completely different design. Both of the two different pieces of apparatus work equally well, however the GIZMO book is sometimes preferred because of it's considerable more streamlined appearance which from the audiences viewpoint it significant.

Size: 7 1/4" Long x 4 3/4" Wide x 3" Tall

Condition: Very GOOD The integrity of the structure is as solid as can be. There are some minor marks and slight missing paint but what you see is what you get. I took several images of the actual article so you can make an informed decision. Photos of BOTH sides of the Dragon were taken.

Functionality: Excellent. In fact the gimmick is the coolest thing to see appearing to work on the same principle as the coveted older silk tubes that have the fabric in the middle.

Value: Excellent - I always use the "could I make this for the price" as a barometer. And the quick answer is I could not. Factor materials, time, painting, customization of gimmick etc.

Important: Basic Instructions Only. A sacrificial 24" White silk is provided which can be cut (hence sacrificed) so you have basically two 12" silks that will help you practice also help you determine the best size silks to use moving forward.
