Why Do We Offer The Custom Quote Shipping Option on International Orders? 1) For smaller sized shipments and orders. For example if you are purchasing a small booklet for $12, better to choose custom quote so we can offer you the most affordable rate. 2) Additionally, for smaller shipments going to Canada or Puerto Rico.
How Does Custom Quote Option Work? We e-mail you back with the shipping costs and wait for your approval. Usually within 24 hours (except on weekends). From there if you paid by credit card we charge your card, or if you paid by PayPal we send you a PayPal invoice just for the shipping costs.
