Will Do Tricks For Food! I have long been a fan of the "folding" sight gags like the mansion that turns into an outhouse, the pipes that morph into a toilet, and Mr. Stoner's Grave Mistake. The idea of having a poster with words that change with each fold was something I've wanted to do for more than four years. "Tricks 4 Food" went through six revisions before I was happy enough to produce this 7th version. Now, it's audience tested, and it works! When I got the prototype, I performed it in every show (children, students, adults, and every combination)- they all loved it! There is something magical about the way that some words change and others stay the same with each fold. It starts out as a 38" by 24" poster that bombastically proclaims, "Fun and Magic; Some Wacky Stuff Presented to Amaze and Amuse from Two to 102." The magician decides this is too much and with one fold, it now says, "Fun and Magic; Some Wacky Stuff in a Fabulous Show for All Ages." Although this sounds better, it's still to wordy, so with a third fold, it proudly proclaimes, "Wild Magic; Tricky Stuff; Fabulous for All Ages." But the magican quips that it could be shorter and more to the point; with that he folds the final time to proclaim that he "Will Do Tricks For Food." It's laughs every step of the way. And it's still large print on a 25-inches by 12-inches poster. It has taken four months of working with designers, printers, and graphic experts to get this awesome trick produced for retail sale. I am now stocked and ready for your order. I'm very proud of it, and I am confident that it is going to be a great selling item for you. This is printed on a thick synthetic paper. It doesn't tear, and it's thick enough that the performer can stand in front of lights without the letters on the back showing through to the front. If something spills on it, you can wipe it off. The ink used is a special blend that won't smear or fade. These things cost extra, but they are well worth it to the professional performer.
