There are people who can figure out very complex math operations in seconds because of their real mental abilities. With QUICK ADDITION you will be able to perform and display your quickness and power without REALLY having the 'natural' ability. The performer removes three cardboard pieces from his wallet, each with a series of random numbers ranging from 100 to 1000 along with 3 envelopes with three 'windows' in different positions. Each spectator will pick up an envelope and a number card at random, the card being inserted into the envelope in any manner he chooses (there are various options-no force). Depending on the position the spectators have chosen for the card and envelope, it is obvious that the numbers chosen can be quite different. The three spectators ultimately select two sets of numbers each and the performer will be able to divine the resulting total from adding up the six numbers chosen by the spectators. The method is simple and direct and the outcome very baffling.
