This is a beautiful version of the classic “Rising Florin.”
The performer borrows a coin and has a spectator sign it. The coin is placed into a small drawer in the base of the hardwood castle tower. Mysteriously, the coin visibly rises slowly up the front of the tower! The spectator watches, mesmerized as his coin rises out of sight at the top of the castle. He is now asked to pick up the locked box that is sitting atop the castle. The performer hands him a key and asks him to unlock the box and remove its contents. There is his signed coin! Needless to say, the drawer at the bottom of the tower is indeed empty.
What an ingenious piece of apparatus! Keep this attractive hardwood castle on the shelf in your magic den when you’re not performing its baffling effect. The mechanism is quiet and fool proof. You won’t regret this purchase! |
